Wattle
Driving up to the mountains early in spring, Julie was inspired by the new wattles, their spectacular mimosa blooms glowing yellow against a cerulean-blue morning sky.
Wattle is a fast growing plant, and Julie wanted her design to grow fast too. Working directly from her sketches to Rubylith film, Julie completed the design in one frenzied weekend.
