Sometimes Julie hand-prints short-run fabric lengths in the studio. Never to be repeated, one-off pieces. Sometimes these fabrics become wall hangings, sometimes cushions and lampshades and when she's making the work she listens to music.
River by Joni Mitchell is one of the songs she listened to during the making of the piece of fabric that became this cushion. (She also made a couple of lampshades and another cushion from the same piece.)
The title is stitched onto the reverse side. Sweet.
All our cushions are made from our hand printed midweight linen and fitted with an invisible zip.

This cushion cover is sold without insert. 50cm square is a commonly available size, and generally easy to source if you don't have one at your place. If you do have trouble finding a cushion insert, email us and we'll help you find one.
