I Used To Be So Rock & Roll Embroidered cushion cover

Sometimes Julie hand-prints short-run fabric lengths in the studio. Never to be repeated, one-off pieces. Sometimes these fabrics become wall hangings, sometimes cushions and lampshades and when she's making the work, she listens to music.

'I used to be so rock & roll' is a line from Banjo and Violin by The Audreys, one of the songs that Julie listened to during the making of the piece of fabric that became this cushion. 

The title is stitched onto the reverse side. 

This cushion is made from hand-printed heavyweight linen and is fitted with an invisible zip. 

Size: 50cm x 50cm 

This cushion cover is sold without insert. 50cm square is a commonly available size, and generally easy to source if you don't have one at your place. If you do have trouble finding a cushion insert, email us and we'll help you find one. 

This cushion is a one off. Really, it's an artwork masquerading as a cushion that's gone a bit country.
