Two Up
Punchy, bold and strong, Two Up describes the waterholes and dams that cover the Australian landscape, some muddy and some clean, all depending on the rain. It's unusual to work with even numbers, but here two sets of twos across the width makes the right scale, and allows for a negative/positive chequerboard flow.
It was Anzac Day when Julie resolved this design, which reminded her of the two coins used for playing Two Up in pubs all around the country. So that's what she called it.
