What quilters call a 'Fat Quarter' is a half metre piece cut in half again - which comes out at a stumpy 50cm x 67cm oblong.
This dimension is a super useful size piece of fabric for making a cushion cover, a drop in dining chair seat, or (my favourite) large patchwork pieces for curtains.
Hand-printed on heavyweight upholstery grade linen.
This old faded pink colour is a bit of a grandma colour - almost a dirty lilac but not quite. It's really nice. Especially teamed with Old Gold or Turmeric coloured prints.
