Terms, Conditions and Other Information
- All prices are in Australian Dollars.
- All prices include GST for Australian residents.
- GST is not applicable on international orders so you get an extra 10% off.
- At Checkout, your order will still appear to include our 10% GST but you will not be charged.
- This GST will drop off the total price at the secure payment gateway.
- Duties may be payable upon entry into your country. These duties are your responsibility.
- All items within Australia are delivered by express post or courier with a tracking number.
- International orders are sent Registered Post International.
- This is an added security service for airmail with proof of posting and a signature on delivery.
- Items are not insured unless specifically requested – upon request we will quote insurance in addition to delivery.
- Add a “note to seller” through Paypal if you have any special requests such as insurance or gift wrapping requests.
- All orders are dispatched from our Darlinghurst Store. Paypal will send out an email confirming we’ve received your order.
- You’ll then receive another email once the order has been shipped giving you a tracking number, date sent and service used.
- Cloth will only email you if we need to advise of a delay to our standard delivery times.
- Please ensure your shipping address in Paypal is current and correct. Cloth will ship to this address.
- Please email us immediately if you need to change or confirm an address or with any specific instructions for delivery.
- Cloth reserves the right to charge for all excess shipping costs if the address supplied through Paypal is incorrect.
- We recommend shipping your order to a business address for hassle free shipping.
- If a residential address is provided and no-one is home to collect the parcel, this will slow delivery.
- Unless otherwise stated, standard delivery time within Australia is 5 -10 business days for capital cities and up to 14 days for regional areas.
- Standard delivery time for international deliveries is 3 – 4 weeks.
- Should our lead times be longer than estimated due to high demand or unforeseeable delays we will advise you by email.
- Cloth fabrics have textured print and slub fibre characteristics. These are the inherent natural quality of the fabric and the handprinting process.
- Many of our products are made by hand and slight variations and imperfections add to the character of the product.
- Each product made by Cloth is unique and no two products will be the same.
- Therefore images on the online store show an example of the product, not the actual product you will receive.
- We make every effort to ensure that colours are displayed as close as possible to the real thing.
- However colours will read differently from computer to computer and we can’t guarantee the colour rendition on your screen.
- If you are unsure about a colour please request a swatch. You can do this on each fabric post.
- Please take care when ordering. On sale items we do not refund, credit or exchange under any circumstances.
- All other returns will be dealt with on a case by case basis, however we do not accept returns for change of heart or unforeseeable delays.
